Mark C. Reichenbacher, CPRW
Mark has a distinguished career of thirty-three (33) years of Federal service. He has acquired a well-rounded portfolio of experience having held generalist, specialist, supervisory, and managerial positions at the field operations and headquarters policy levels in labor-management relations, human resources, and program management.
Mark holds a MS degree in Labor Studies (Labor Relations) from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst, and a BA degree, with a double major in Psychology and Economics from Indiana University/Bloomington. Currently his family resides in Martinsburg, West Virginia and is building a home in nearby Hedgesville, West Virginia.
Andrea M. Hall, CPRW
Andrea M. Hall has a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work. She has always enjoyed writing, editing, and research. In 2004, she participated in a research project with the Boeing Corporation to study behavior relating to safe-lifting practices. As a result, she co-wrote an article published in the Journal of Safety and Health.
Andrea has worked with A1 Resume Services since 2008. She is one of the founders of Career Connect Ministry, a service of Manassas St. Thomas United Methodist Church which helped people who looking for employment or a change in careers with their resumes, interview skills, and social networking.
Howard Cincotta
Howard has handled the full range of federal clients, including those pursuing Senior Executive level, by preparing federal resumes, Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) statements, and essay responses.
Before joining A1 Resume Services, Howard spent more than 30 years as a writer and editor with the U.S. Information Agency (USIA) and the State Department's Bureau of International Information Programs.
He worked on USIA magazines for Africa and the former Soviet Union, and headed a special publications unit that provided materials for U.S. embassies and overseas audiences. From 1995 to 2001, he managed the State Department's overseas web site (www.america.gov) and other online publishing operations.
Jane Leclerc
Jane Leclerc, a free-lance writer, has worked with A1 Resume Services since 2006. Jane works with clients from every background and is especially skilled in helping clients recognize their strongest talents and making them stand out in the resume, cover letter, and essay answers.
Before her free-lance career, she worked for the U. S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (USDA-FSIS), where she wrote about all aspects of the Federal Government's meat and poultry inspection program. She answered correspondence from constituents and Congressional offices on behalf of the Administrator of FSIS and the Secretary of USDA.
When she is not writing, Jane volunteers for the Haiti College Scholarship Fund, a charity that she helped establish in 2007. She also supports animal welfare causes.
